For this year's Future Directions unit, students from LCF's Creative Direction for Fashion course partnered with Metalabel and their new platform dfos (dark forest operating system), to investigate and speculate on how young people build identity, community, and creative value as we enter a period of accelerated technological change.
Across the unit they navigate questions like: What does intimacy look like in digital spaces? Who authors a creative work when creativity is collective?
How are our identities and bodies being shaped by online culture? Join us for the screening of a curated selection of their films and discussions with Metalabel, UAL and industry on preferable futures for Gen Z.
